Much harder than I had anticipated. Plus today I decided it would be more fun to go play mud football than continue this. So hopefully it will be all done tomorrow. Did you have clearance issues in the rear? In the pics you don't have everything back together so maybe you haven't yet but when you do the speaker wont clear the plastic trim piece. It rubs the outer rubber part and the grill hits the tweeter. I had to mount speaker from the bottom rather than just dropping it it. I have the speakers in the doors but I am still deciding on where to put the crossovers and tweeters. Where are you putting your crossovers I see you have it out in the pics.
These are mounted from the bottom so they will now fit without clearance issues
